We believe that successful staging is the art of using marketing and decorating techniques to create an environment to which buyers can aspire. Studies show that a typical home buyer decides if they are interested in a home within the first 30 seconds, so its imperative to “hit the nail on the head” and create the right impression! At Paradiso Design & Staging we use the art of “positioning” to create several “emotional connection points” throughout the home so that when a buyer steps into the house they “feel at home”.

Room by room, we will walk through and take note of our first impressions, what grabs us, what glares at us and what gives us a feeling of home. We will work with the homeowner to identify those emotional connection points and then use available and appropriate furniture and accessories to effectively showcase the property.

Lived-in Homes

It is often difficult for a person to take a truly objective and critical look at their own home and decipher potential drawbacks to a prospective buyer. One of the important benefits of working with Paradiso Design & Staging is that our professional design consultants will guide and assist you to properly present your home!

Depersonalizing and de-cluttering a lived-in home are often the first daunting steps for a home owner and we can be there every step of the way with you!

Our services include: cleaning, packing and organizing every room. If we suggest that items be removed from the home or added, this will be agreed upon before the execution of the design plan begins. An estimate of the amount of time required for completion will be included as well.

Vacant Homes

Marketing and presenting vacant properties can have a different set of challenges such as a lack of feeling or “soul”, spaces appearing smaller, buyers unable to imagine living there or envision suitable set up of furniture. In addition to addressing those inherent issues, a professionally staged property can also draw the focus of a buyer away from some less desirable features and more towards the captivating aspects.

Our services include design consultation, furniture and accessory rental and staging. We will coordinate and be present for all procurement, delivery and placement of items. Once the plan and costs are agreed to, the staging process will require 2-3 days for completion.
